Una revisión de la metodología en las investigaciones en psicoanálisis de pareja y familia / A review of the research methodology psychoanalytic couple and family

El trabajo tiene el propósito de contribuir al intercambio entre clínicos e investigadores, con el fin de resaltar las contribuciones que desde cada uno de esos ámbitos de trabajo es posible realizar la investigación en familia y pareja. Se presenta un panorama abarcativo de la diversidad de métodos de investigación en psicoanálisis de pareja y familia, en los terrenos clínico y psicosocial, a partir de un relevamiento realizado sobre las investigaciones realizadas por autores de la Asociación Internacional de Psicoanálisis de Pareja y Familia (AIPPF). Se describen los principales aspectos metodológicos detectados en relación con los tipos de investigación, las muestras, los instrumentos y los procedimientos, así como los rasgos de las investigaciones empíricas y conceptuales y los problemas de confiabilidad y validez. Entre los resultados del trabajo se destaca que los integrantes de la AIPPF parecen mostrar preferencia por una metodología mixta, que combina el análisis de entrevistas y el empleo de instrumentos que incluyen tests psicológicos, técnicas proyectivas y/o el análisis sistemático de ciertos rasgos en el discurso. Este resultado sugiere la posibilidad de emprender estudios que incluyan equipos de los miembros de la Asociación, por medio de la estandarización de instrumentos comunes.

The work aims to contribute to the exchange between clinicians and researchers , in order to high light the contributions that are possible research in family and couples from each of these areas of work. A comprehensive overview of the diversity of research methods incouple and family psychoanalysis in clinical and psychosocial land, from a survey conducted on research by authors of the International Association of Couple and Family Psychoanalysis (IACFP is presented ). The main methodological issues identified in relation to the types of research , samples , instruments and procedures as well as the features of the empirical and conceptual research and issues of reliability and validity are described. Among the results of the work emphasizes that the members of the IACFP seem to show preference for a mixed methodology , combining the analysis of interviews and the use of instruments which include psychological tests, projective techniques and / or systematic analysis of certain features in the speech. This result suggests the possibility of research teams that include members of the Association, through the standardization of common tools.

Investigación de los aportes positivos y negativos de paciente y terapeuta a la alianza terapéutica: un estudio con el algoritmo David Liberman (ADL) / Research on the positive and negative contributions of patient and therapist to the therapeutic alliance: a study using the David Liberman Algorithm (DLA)

Los autores se proponen estudiar los aportes de paciente y terapeuta a la alianza terapéutica. Para ello, tras exponer una sesión (muestra), analizan los deseos y las defensas (y su estado) en los relatos de una paciente y en los actos del habla de paciente y terapeuta. Entonces, constatan que no existen coincidencias entre los resultados de los estudios de los relatos centrales y los de los actos del habla de paciente y terapeuta, pero que existen coincidencias entre los resultados de los estudios de los deseos y las defensas en los actos del habla de paciente y terapeuta. Ambas poseen la misma combinación de deseos y de defensas funcionales y patógenas. Los autores infieren que entre paciente y terapeuta se da un cierto grado de trabajo de colaboración positiva desde la perspectiva clínica pero también un cierto grado de alianza resistencial, que obstaculiza la tarea terapéutica.

The authors undertake the study of the contributions of patient and therapist to the therapeutic alliance. For this purpose, after presenting a session (sample), they analyze the wishes and the defenses (as well as their state) in the narrations of a patient and in the speech acts of patient and therapist. Subsequently they remark that there are no coincidences between the results of the studies of the main narrations and those of the speech acts of patient and therapist, but that there are coincidences between the results of the studies of the wishes and the defenses of the speech acts of patient and therapist. Both bear the same combination of wishes as well as of functional and pathogenic defenses. The authors infer that both patient and therapist are engaged, to some extent,in positive collaborative work from a clinical perspective but also, to some extent, in a resistential alliance that blocks the therapeutic task.

Análisis computarizado y comparativo del discurso en pacientes orgánicos crónicos / Computerized and comparative analysis of discourse in chronic organic patients

El trabajo comienza describiendo los resultados obtenidos en una investigación previa donde a partir del discurso de pacientes con psoriasis y asma se detectaron los deseos y defensas dominantes que aparecían en sus relatos y actos del habla. Estos resultados se estudiaron en relación a cada afección en particular para finalmente investigar qué vinculación guardan con la respuesta desigual que presentaban los pacientes respecto a la medicación indicada para sus respectivos tratamientos.

The study describes, in the first place, the results obtained in a previous research in which the discourse of patients with psoriasis and asthma leads to detect the main wishes and defenses that surfaced in their narrations and speech acts. These results were studied in relation to each particular ailment so as to finally research the link to the dissimilar response the patients presented regarding the indicated medication fortheir respective treatments.
